Food Judging the IQ Gastronomic Festival

Honored to be a food judge at @iqgastronomic! Held at the beautiful @celebration_gardens in Winter Park, Florida, there were many local chefs, bakers and caterers and food trucks showcasing the amazing food that Orlando has to offer.

A panel of local food bloggers judged the paella challenge between three amazing chefs. They were all so good it was hard to choose! There is a deep history to paella, it originates from Spain and is different from region to region and in each family recipe. The profits from the competition went to help Venezuela.
