Phi Theta Kappa

I was invited to join the honors society Phi Theta Kappa and I was honored to attend their ceremony. They had not been able to host an induction ceremony since covid so there were two years worth of new initiates there!

Afterwards my family, boyfriend and I went and celebrated at Ice & Bites, a little boba place close to the UCF area in Orlando.

I got to try taiyaki ice cream for the first time which was something I had been wanting to try since covid. It's a Japanese style of ice cream where they make the cone like a waffle and they make it fresh so it was still warm. It was almost like a waffle and a cookie at the same time. I would definitely recommend.
